Art. 1 GENERAL
The conditions below apply to all internet activities of Thiron Accessoires bvba and its group (including subsidiaries, intermediaries, affiliated natural persons, etc.), hereinafter jointly referred to as "THIRON".
Every user is deemed to have read the conditions below, to understand them, to tacitly agree to them and to be bound by them; anyone who does not accept the conditions is deemed not to wish to access this site.
This disclaimer applies to all possible users (directly, visitors to the web shop, via links, in any possible way, affiliated Facebook pages, other social web addresses, etc.) who visit the THIRON site.
The conditions may be amended and/or revised; on each new visit to the site, the user accepts the conditions in force at that time.
The user gives permission for the personal data they have provided to be processed as set out below.
The possible invalidity of a provision, due to conflict with mandatory law, does not affect the enforceability of all other provisions stated.
THIRON strongly advises the user to read these conditions carefully before visiting the website.

No rights of any kind can be derived from the content of this website.

2.3 FOR SALE
The separate online terms and conditions of sale of the web shop apply to online sales.
THIRON can in no way be held liable for any incorrect information regarding the content of the website or in the event that one or more goods are no longer available at the time the user views the advertisement.

THIRON does everything possible to keep the information on the site regarding sales up to date.

However, neither THIRON nor any intermediary shall be held responsible for any errors in the content/availability of the listing/the property.

2.4 LINKS/SUBMITTED MATERIAL
THIRON's website may contain references/click-through links/external hyperlinks to other sites.
Naturally, THIRON cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, nor for the consequences of their use.

The user undertakes (non-exhaustively):

THIRON will claim damages from those who do not recognise these rights and who, without permission, (non-exhaustively) distribute/copy/store/sell/reproduce/translate/etc. data from the site as mentioned.

3.2 PRIVACY

If THIRON collects data about the user, it will comply with the provisions of the Act of 18/12/1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.
The party responsible for processing the data is THIRON (cf. art. 4.1 of these conditions).
The user will always be able to consult their data and adapt it to reality.

4.2 MEASURES
In the event of unlawful use of the site, e.g. by violating the conditions but also in other possible unlawful practices, THIRON reserves the right to deny these users access to the site, without prejudice to its right to recover the damage suffered from the users.

4.3 DISPUTES
Belgian law applies.
The user accepts the jurisdiction of the Antwerp courts (where the Justice of the Peace has jurisdiction, THIRON opts for the 5th district) unless mandatory legal provisions do not accept that jurisdiction, without prejudice to THIRON's right to opt for another competent court.
